Elena is a culinary educator with over a decade of experience in plant-based nutrition and food science. She is passionate about bridging the gap between scientific research and everyday cooking. Elena designed the entire Vitaltastemethod course framework, drawing from her research in breakfast nutrition and Mediterranean dietary patterns.

Content & Research Lead
